2009 Is Coming; Bring It On!

While I had been focusing on Christmas, ever since Thanksgiving, it just now hit me that 2009 is just a day away! It’s hard to believe that it is here. I say, “bring it on”! 2008 has been a year of highs and lows. I am a traditionalist, in that this time of year always gets me looking ahead to the upcoming year (and beyond) and thinking about my plans, hopes, and dreams for the new year.

A few days ago, I created a thread in the GSPN.tv forums, at http://gspn.tv/forum/index.php?topic=2342.0, entitled “Hopes, Dreams, and Plans for 2009 (and beyond)”. I posted the following in that forum:

* Starting next week, I plan to get more organized. I need to de-clutter my garage, closets, and even my computer’s desktop and files.
* I need to re-up my efforts to eat better, eat less, drink less soda, drink more water, exercise more, and exercise better.
* I plan to stay focused on building my Voice-Over career, including my podcasts, my websites/blog, and staying active in the communities.
* I need to stay more balanced in all that I do.

I would like to add to that original forum post:
* I pray that I will be open to God’s leading in all aspects of my life in all the years to come.
