Wayne Henderson Voice-Overs

Podcasters, aka Online Radio Program Producers, need your help in getting their shows noticed in iTunes. Good reviews and rankings in iTunes will make your favorite podcasts easier to find.

A friend of my LOSTcasting With Wayne And Dan podcast, Jeff Roney, has helped come up with the idea of making it a bit of an “event” for podcast listeners to help out their favorite podcasters. Every Thursday will now be “Show A Podcaster Some Love” day. We will send out weekly reminders on Twitter and on Facebook.

On Twitter, we have just started using the Twitter hashtag of #SAPSL, for easy tracking of “Show A Podcaster Some Love” postings. The use of #SAPSL will hopefully really take-off with other podcasters. I am VERY excited that very successful full-time podcaster, Cliff Ravenscraft, recently interviewed me about the SAPSL movement on episode #114 of his Podcast Answer Man podcast (6/4/09) at http://PodcastAnswerMan.com! And, for Facebook users, we just launched the “Show A Podcaster Some Love” Fan page on Facebook.

Podcasters; we want to help your show to be recognized. If you would like to be considered as one of the featured Podcasters Of The Week on Jeff Roney’s Podcaster Love page, just visit this page of his site for all of the details. It’s a great “grass roots” type of movement, and we want to help as many podcasters as possible.

Podcast listeners; if you would be willing to take a few minutes and please help out your favorite Tuning In With Wayne Henderson podcast (LOSTcasting, FRiNGEcasting, TIWWH, Christmas Memories Past And Present, The Voice-Over Journey) just visit the direct links at http://MediaVoiceOvers.com/iTunes and let iTunes know how you like some of these shows.

I’ve left plenty of positive feedback, over the past year, for podcasts that I enjoy. I will continue to search out new podcasts, and leave feedback for the ones I like.

Thank you for your continued support. It means a lot to me personally to know that you like some of the online radio programs that I produce. In addition, if you would like me to provide my Voice-Over services for any of your podcasts, business audio training programs, radio or television commercials, please let me know. I would love to discuss the details with you!

Have a great day!

Wayne

Good show, but kind of long
    - Not so sure that Jacob and the other are clear-cut black and white
    - Not sure about it being Anubis
    - As mentioned elsewhere, I think Jacob and the other are either some kind of exiled gods or sorcerers, possibly like Prospero from the Tempest
    - I’m not sure the timing works perfectly, but I think THE incident or something like it sliced off most of the statue.

Thanks for your comment here on the site Jim. I appreciate you taking the time to do so. I think you may have meant it for the LOSTcasting section, but that’s alright.

I agree. With LOST, it’s best not to make any clear-cut opinions on who’s good and who’s evil.

I hadn’t thought of Prospero from the Tempest. Good thought!!

Can you imagine Ben’s face when he comes out of the base of the statue’s foot and sees the real John Locke’s body?!

    - I think it was Jacob weaving at the beginning — he later mentions that he made some tapestry
    - How could anyone get sick of Kate!?!?!
    - Though the Juliet and Kate rivalry is a bit annoying — Sawyer just needs to “man up” and decide once and for all

    - Yes, Jacob basically caused Sayid’s wife to die — the only case where he actually caused something
    bad vs helping the others
    — Most of the others were touched to get them to become the people they need to be to come to the island. But Sayid and Hurley are touched/affected to get them to go back to the island

    - Clearly, Richard is clearly the “man behind the throne” regardless of who’s in charge — Eloise, Ben, John

    - Not just Vincent, but how did Rose and Bernard get to 1977??
    - I think you’re mistaken about Rose and Bernard — they definitely will have some key role to play

    - Yes, every time we see someone who clearly looks “good”, they wind up being “gray” at best

    - Jacob was speaking Russian to Illiana — basically said, “Hello, how are you?” She seemed glad to see him

    - I wonder when we’ll find out how she got hurt — maybe some time blast from the incident or perhaps she was another person who “transported” off the island

    - I think Jacob was in the cabin, but it could also be a manifestation of the smoke monster — perhaps indicating that different people are trying to “control” the group by being Jacob

    - Yes, I think Locke would have been dead if Jacob had not come by

    - Jacob touched people to get them to become who they needed to be to get to the island
    — A couple exceptions — Sayid is affected (negatively) to get him to go back to the island
    — Hurley is also touched to get him to back to the island
    — Also the various people Hurley has seen through the years may all have been Jacob or smoke monster manifestations

    - Interesting too that later Sayid spends years killing people for Ben that were supposedly responsible for killing his wife, but all he did was kill Whidmore’s people, not the one truly responsible

    - The other linkeage we’ll see at some point is Aaron — he’s definitely important somehow

    - Kate’s obviously less enthused about “resetting” since it means she’ll be headed to prison and would never meet Jack or Sawyer

    - The guitar is definitely Charlie’s, meant for Hurley to take back to the island for either Charlie (resurrected) or Aaron (somehow will be significant)

    - Still don’t know why Sun didn’t wind up with all the other people who came back to the island

    - What’s the progress that Jacob refers to at the beginning — perhaps Jacob wants to be killed.
    — Perhaps he then gets to be resurrected

    - “They’re coming” — could be the hostiles, the 815 survivors, the Iliana people, others
