There were 3 things that stuck in my head after the last episode of Fringe:
1. How does Walter know what wood, concrete or a human body tastes like?
2. When Walter said goodnight to Astrid he called her something like Ester but when he was talking to Peter about her a little bit later he called her Astrid.
3. After Olivia broke up with Peter and he was left sitting in the garden he very quietly said “I’m sorry”. It was so quiet I had to rewind and turn up the volume to hear exactly what he said.
Hi Brenda. Thanks for sharing your thoughts here on the website. Those are great observations! I’m going to re-watch “Marionette” to hear Peter’s quiet “I’m Sorry”. I totally missed it. Yeah, Ester sounds like what I heard Walter call Astrid that one time. It’s a bit unnerving to think Walter might now what concrete, wood, or a human body actually tastes like. 😉
Thanks again for listening Brenda!

Just finished listening to the enjoyable Fringecast #67.I usually find MetalDan’s musings agreeable, but i now find his lack of comprehending Olivia’s reaction to Peter’s confession confusing being that he has a wife.So I put you to the task,O’ Dan of Ferrous nature,to ask your wife if she caught you with her clone would she react similarly or shrug her shoulders in understanding and commence to fix you one of your famous dishes. Please let us know her answer.
I also found Peter’s apology very telling. In my opinion he doesn’t do more to defend himself or comfort Olivia ,because he realizes she knows he sort of prefers her alter ego.The “quicker with a smile” comment told Liv a lot and that’s where her disappointment is coming from.Which prompts me to ask the ? Will the fallout of these relationships give Peter clarity to save both sides or to chose one.
Thanks again for listening and commenting Lawless. Well put. I’ll share this with Dan.
It’s so exciting that Fringe is finally back!
Cheers.
